'Summer Hedgerow' Linoprint
A handmade linocut of frothy Dorset hedgerows in early summer, inspired by Dorchester’s water meadows and the arrival of the swifts.
This is printed by hand from a hand-carved lino block using traditional printing techniques. It is a four-layer reduction linocut, a method of block printing in which each colour layer is taken from the same block. More lino is removed from the block for each layer and each colour is printed on top of the last. This is a Limited Edition of 20 handmade prints.
Please note that unmounted prints will be posted rolled, wrapped in tissue paper, in a sturdy triangular recycled card tube.

Design size approx. 31x24cm
Limited edition of 20 prints
Available unmounted or mounted. Outer dimensions of mount approx. 19 by 16 inches.
